Top-Set Retrofit Drain Grate & Frame

Replace a worn, damaged, or uneven floor drain grate without removing the existing drain body. This retrofit grate and frame assembly installs into the recessed area of many common commercial floor drains and adjusts vertically and side to side for proper alignment with the finished floor.

Ideal for kitchens, restrooms, showers, and other commercial floor areas, the adjustable design is especially useful when the existing drain is uneven, off-center, or no longer flush with the surrounding floor.

To install, remove the existing grate, position the universal bottom ring inside the recessed drain opening, secure it using the existing strainer screw locations, and adjust the new frame and grate to meet the finished floor.
