The Big Dipper W-750-IS Automatic Grease Removal Device is capable of accepting up to a 75 GPM (4.73 l/s) flow.  The center module which comes with digital time control, heater assembly, and mechanized skimming assemble, automatically isolates trapped grease into grease collector for easy disposal.
